This has been such a crazy weekend!! Our schedule has been so all over the place and since I still have a semi-full fridge, I’ve decided that for the next couple of days I’ve got the challenge of putting the meal together using stuff I already have on hand. We’ll see how it goes – on Thursday I’ll let you know what we come up with.
